Cancellation policy
For Courses lasting 3 weeks and shorter
Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days before it is due to start.
A full refund is given when cancelled 14 days prior to the start date, minus a cancellation charge of £15 for each place booked.
When cancelled up to 7 days in advance a 50% refund is given, plus a cancellation charge of £15 for each place booked.
Less than seven days in advance no refunds are given.
For Courses longer than 3 weeks
Courses can be cancelled up to 14 days before it is due to start.
A full refund is given when cancelled 28 days prior to the start date, minus a cancellation charge of £45 for each place booked.
When cancelled up to 14 days in advance a 50% refund is given, plus a cancellation charge of £45 for each place booked.
Less than fourteen days in advance no refunds are given.
For All Courses
Should you wish to be transferred to a future course the same policy applies.
All deposits are non-refundable
Please note that special offers or discounts cannot be transferred to another course.
We are unable to give a refund or offer a transfer to another course in case of illness or for any other reason you might be unable to attend.
Photography Course London reserves the right to cancel a course if the required number of places has not filled. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course a full refund or transfer is offered.
In the event that a tutor is unable to teach a course, Photography Course London reserves the right to find a replacement tutor. This does not warrant a refund.
All course rescheduling including one to one tuition is subject to a £15 admin fee.
For Gift Vouchers purchased for Open-Dated Courses or Values
For Open-Dated Courses or Values only, if you wish to cancel your Gift Certificate, you can do so within 7 days from purchase, minus a £15 administration fee.
For One to One tuition
One to One tuition can be rescheduled up to 5 working days before the session.
Less than 5 working days in advance and no refunds are given, unless rescheduling which is subject to a 25% re-booking fee.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
PCL Diploma only
When we confirm your place on an individual course included in the Diploma, you have up to 7 days prior to the start date to cancel your place or move to another date, depending on availability.
Less than 7 days notice and you will have to pay a 25% rebooking fee for the missed course.
If you would like to resit a Foundation course there is a 25% fee and for other courses a 40% fee.
Gift vouchers and promotional codes
In the case that an expiry date has not been provided, all gift vouchers and promotional codes will expire 12 months from distribution date.
