Camera Language is a course delivered on location in Central London away from the classroom environment. This class fully concentrates on the practical and creative use of your Digital SLR and is delivered both indoors and outdoors.
This Level 2 Photography course is aimed at intermediates who have good manual control over their camera and want to step up a level.
Learn to speak the more advanced languages of your camera, such as histograms, white balance, colour temperature, angle of view and raw. You will also discover more about lenses, understanding terms such as focal length, wide angle and telephoto.
Throughout the course you will learn how to develop creative effects, such making your background appear closer or further away and altering your perspective. Once you've completed the course your images will be critiqued by your tutor via Flickr.
Due to the temporary close of the Photographers' Gallery, a new meeting point nearby Oxford Circus has been arranged.
